Tranquil Kingsize & Super Kingsize Rooms in New Brighton (Wallasey)

We provide well-presented room only guest accommodation in Wirral within a friendly residential neighbourhood with plenty of local amenities, excellent transport links and we are located close to the Floral Pavilion Theatre.

We have two rooms available at this property and both are furnished to a high standard.

Room 1 (Photos 7 & 9) has a kingsize bed dressed with super kingsize quilt, an oak wardrobe, a 32 in SMART television with Netflix etc, Alexa Dot, chair, desk, chair and oak drawers, free Wi Fi and hair dryer.

Room 2 (Photos 6 & 8) has a super-kingsize bed, an oak wardrobe, recliner chair, desk unit, chair, Smart Flatscreen Television with Netflix etc, Alexa Dot, free Wi Fi and hair dryer.

High quality bedding and towels are provided and all rooms in the property have central heating. For guests staying more than 7 nights bedding and towels are changed weekly. There is a guest only bathroom shared between both guest bedrooms, which has a power shower, bath, washbasin and toilet.

We have most of the lights operated by voice command via Alexa, instructions have been left in your room, hallway, fridge door to assist you in light voice commands.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in our spacious lounge area, which has plenty of comfortable leather seating, a 50-inch flat screen television, and a range of books and games for all to enjoy. We have a fully equipped kitchen and six-person dining area for guests to use. The dining area overlooks the garden, which has gravel and decked areas with a patio set and a range of shrubs. An excellent spot to enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet. No smoking inside but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Myself and my colleague had a wonderful stay here with Gail for 2 nights when we were performing at the Floral Pavillion. It is a very easy ten minute walk to the theatre and the seaside where there are lots of bars and restaurants, and also about a ten minute walk from New Brighton Station.

Gail... read more provided us with plenty of information regarding the accommodation before we arrived including what was provided at the house (ie. hairdryer etc. which is always handy to know!) The twin room was within a lovely house which felt very welcoming and homely as well as clean and warm.

We had use of our own bathroom with a very good shower and there was a TV in the room. There are also two lovely cats to make friends with! Gail very kindly offered to meet us at the station, though we chose to walk, and welcomed us with a hot drink on our arrival. She was very friendly and easy going and let us know what we could help ourselves to in terms of teas, coffee and breakfast cereals.

I would definitely recommend these digs and would be very happy to stay again if i'm ever up that way.
