Quiet, well-lit, comfy double room with TV (Bristol)

Quiet comfortable, well-lit double room. The double bed is a super comfortable brand new futon from The Futon Company. I will be replacing the desk with a wardrobe/drawers for clothes storage. Shared shower room with WC adjacent. There is a second bathroom with another shower, WC and bath downstairs available for use. Use of kitchen (you will have your own cupboard and can use the shared fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher), and superfast wi-fi throughout. Laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets and towels are provided.

Conservatory is nice to sit in during the summer with the doors opening onto a garden. Open plan living room/diner is available (I generally hang out here in the evening if I am in), but you also have a TV in the bedroom - it isn't connected to an aerial, but there is a PS4 so you can connect to Netflix/Amazon Video/etc. if you want to watch your own shows. There are two adorable cats, Socks (black and white) and Clio (tabby) who hang out in the conservatory in the day, but will happily come and sit on your lap in the evening if you are open to it!

Bus stop around the corner gets you into the centre in around 20-25 minutes, but you can also walk there in 45. Tesco Express is about 7 minutes walk, and there's also a Morrisons Daily with post office on the square 4 minutes away. A parking spot on the drive is included for one vehicle.
