Mid-terraced house, a 20-minute walk from the city centre and Theatre Royal. A 29-minute walk from the Grand Opera House.
Downstairs is a lounge with big TV and a wood burning stove.
The kitchen is large and has a small table to sit at. There's a gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Fridge and Freezer.
There's a small utility room with a washer and separate dryer.
Downstairs toilet.
Access to the back garden, which is a sun trap in the morning until early evening.
Upstairs we have a bathroom with a large shower (but no bath!), double sinks and toilet.
We have 1 double room available to stay in with a big TV with Netflix, Prime & Spotify.
Linen and towels are provided.
3 cats live here. One hangs around upstairs and goes out the front door when she asks (that’s Fiona). The other 2 cats live downstairs (Charlotte and Tim). Charlotte is allowed upstairs if she wants (it’s rare) but Tim is not because he’s a tinker and will mark. They’re all very cute and gorgeous.
No smoking in the house, but if you're a smoker, you're welcome to smoke in the garden.
Breakfast is on a help-yourself basis (cereal / toast).
