Comfortable boho style double room with private shower room in a beautiful, friendly, vegetarian home.

Fresh bedding and towels are included, along with a continental breakfast.

The toilet/shower room is located on the ground floor with sole use for yourselves only.

Located on the first floor, the room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, desk & wardrobe with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast includes cereal, toast, spreads and fruit.

We generally come down to the kitchen after 9am, therefore if you like to breakfast before then you will be able to enjoy the dining area uninterrupted.
Please wash dishes etc at the sink after use.

Due to limited work space in the kitchen, we are not equipped for guests to be able to cook their own meals, however you are welcome to use the microwave, toaster, food preparation area, and store food in the fridge.

As we are vegetarians, we ask that guests only cook vegetarian.

Washing machine available for stays of a week or more.

Located within walking distance of the beach and the South Downs.

The road leading to our house is quiet at weekends. The only cars passing are those going to or from the stables next to the farm.
There is a construction project in the area,therefore there may be noise during week days between 8am - 5pm. There is no work taking place at weekends.

We are a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, where a number 27 bus will take you straight to Brighton City centre in 25 minutes.

There are Bikes you can hire on Saltdean seafront if you fancy a leisurely cycle along the coast into Brighton.

There is free parking on Saltdean beach seafront and up to four hours free parking in Brighton Marina.

Check in between 5pm & 8pm.
Check out 11am.

House rules:
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
We ask guests to remove outdoor shoes in the home.
As we live in the property, we ask that guests observe our quiet time between 11pm and 9am.
We are a vegetarian household and ask that guests do not bring meat or fish into the house.
