The 2-bed, ground floor, corner flat is situated off the main road making it a bright, peaceful and easily accessible space. The property has a private car park with free permit parking and great connections for bus routes across the city. It's a 20-minute bus to the city centre and main Fringe Festival areas and a 40-50 minute walk.

Walking distance to two lovely parks, the canal, several major supermarkets and shops, as well as pubs, cafes, bakeries and chip shops round the corner.
