A bright modern double room, hosted by an actor. (Bristol)

We live in a recently renovated Edwardian semi detached home in a quiet non through road.

In total there are 4 double bedrooms, and the room on offer is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. We are a couple and besides us there are no other people living in the house. We have 3 bathrooms, a kitchen/sitting/dining room, a separate living room, and separate dining room, utility room and sun room.

There is on street parking, a secure garage for a bike, and when we're not around, use of the garage for a car.

The house has all mod cons, a dishwasher, W/M washing machine, tumble dryer, and the usual kitchen gadgets including a bean to cup coffee maker. We have wifi, netflix, and a cleaner comes in every fortnight.

There's a sunny garden with outdoor dining space, gas BBQ and hot tub.

Towels and bedding are provided.

We're friendly and sociable, and able to give advice and directions in Bristol. Stephen runs a housing association, Arwel is an actor (most recently appearing in the BBC1 TV series Lost Boys and Fairies) and was previously Artistic Director of Theatr Genedlaethol, Cymru (the Welsh National Theatre). He's also a qualified masseur. The star of the household is, however, Macs the cat, who is very much a lap cat and demanding of attention.
