2 Bed Apartment in City Oasis (Sheffield)

Newly decorated two bedroom apartment. New kitchen, recently refitted shower room. Living/dining room.
Plenty of storage; gas central heating.
Washer, dryer, fridge/freezer.
Unfortunately no WiFI, though there is a decent 4G signal.
Ground floor, with a few steps up to the main entrance and another few steps inside.

You may notice that there are no beds in the photos, that is because the property has been refurbished ready to sell. It has been sold and so I only need temporary tenants. I will buy beds if I get bookings. The one photo that does have a bed in is for example as that bed has now gone.

Set in lovely grounds, about 1mile from the city centre. Near Ecclesall Rd, Sharrow Vale Rd and Nether Edge. Approx. 30min walk to the Sheffield Theatres.

Bright at the front (kitchen and living room) dark at the back due to proximity to trees...but means you can spot some lovely wildlife... or get a good day's sleep!

Off road parking for one vehicle with a visitors permit. You MUST leave the permit behind when you check out.
